Who we are
Ten Insights Consulting Group (TICG) has significant experience working to enhance organizations, build teams, and develop individuals across the public and private sectors, with considerable work for the Department of Defense.
We explicitly focus on fostering long-term individual and organizational resilience and base our training interventions and learning programs around the notion of proactive resilience. We also customize each program to suit clients’ needs to ensure workforce optimization, organizational development, and enhanced sustainability. Our team of organizational psychologists are experts in human capital management practices such as leader development, talent management, team dynamics, culture, organizational change, innovation processes, retention strategies, conflict resolution, and so forth. Our method focuses on developing the specific resources and processes that foster organizational-level grit, hardiness, and the ability to thrive in the face of adversity and constant change.
In addition to targeted training interventions, we provide research-based consulting (RBC) in the form of in-depth research reports rooted in the most advanced methods and validated instruments. We are adept at the design, collection, and analysis of all prevailing behavioral science methodologies and data including quantitative surveys, interviews, experiments, panel data, content/text, and contextual analysis. We derive data-driven reports that can address each client’s idiosyncratic challenges and offer profound insights to enhance productivity. Our portfolio of projects focuses on various challenges and solutions for leaders, their workforce, and their organizations.
We also offer tailored coaching services and programs either as stand-alone or follow-on services. By working closely with individuals, we provide the means for open dialogue and feedback to create a sustaining cycle of growth. Whether it be executive coaching - designed to drive leader success and organizational resilience, or career-development coaching – designed to foster leadership development, personal skills, and individual resilience, our ICF certified coaches will work with your schedule to deliver a personalized coaching program and a uniquely insightful experience.
